Nouveau Riche is the best shot to wealth in this country!, Mar 22, 2009

Opportunity is only reserved for those that have eyes to see. The education at Nouveau Riche is PHENOMENAL! I utilized ONE class that teaches about self-directed retirement accounts to create $81,000 in income in december of 2008 in a down economy. Was that worth my $21,195 investment? Absolutely! And that's only ONE deal! On the marketing side, I'm a stutterer so I've always been apprehensive but when you start closing deals, people WILL ask you how you do it and just from that I've generated 20,750 so far and its only march of 2009. This business is simply the best shot to wealth in this country. Take it from a 29 year old ex SAP systems analyst that walked away from a 74k/yr job and has been working full-time from home since november 2007 and kicking butt in a down economy! Our compensation plan is more aggressive than ANYTHING else out there...and education is FLAWLESS! 95% of people in this world are just here to watch and observe and bring everyone else down. Success leaves clues, so look at the people that are successful in Nouveau Riche and just duplicate what we do. Do what makes sense to you...and if you are success-minded, Nouveau Riche MAKES SENSE! Plug into the community, be inquisitive, acquire riches in the marketing, and build fortune in real estate. You now know about Nouveau Riche, if you decline this opportunity and end up broke at 65, you have ONLY yourself to blame. This is ONE shot that you do NOT want to miss...

Mixed feelings, Mar 05, 2009

I ordered Be a Real Estate Millionaire and thought it was a pretty inspirational book. I've never bought stuff on infomercials and I was pretty skeptical about getting it in the first place, but I tried it. I thought it had a lot of good information, but I think it's up to the person to have the drive to apply what they've learned into their lives. Unfortunately I didn't have the drive to use the information, but I intend to use some of the information from the book when I do try to purchase my first home. One thing I didn't like about the purchase was that they continued to charge my card monthly. But it wasn't a surprise to me because they convinced me to order a membership to have access to reports on their website. And when I realized that I wasn't using the reports, I found a number on his website and cancelled the membership. I can't say that this guy Graziosi is bad because he didn't say he was gonna buy me a fricken house if I bought his book. I think he did his part by informing me of real estate knowledge with his product.

Wealth System 2000, Feb 16, 2009

I like the others have stated have purchased many programs over the years. In 1992 I purchased a 2k program from Robert Allen. I have since acquired 3 4-plexes and a 3bd rm home. I chose to hold and manage these properties instead of the “buying and selling method”, and do receive a decent positive cash-flow. The bottom line is, there are many ways, avenues to seeking and obtaining information. the key is once you obtain it what do you do with that knowledge. 10% is purchasing the material 20% is reading/studying 70% is taking action, and applying commonsense. I learned a great deal from his course. Life long lessons that I never did get from home or teachers or school, and I did pursue higher learning after High School. It is your responsibility to use commonsense, and caution when entering into any type of course, business, or partnership. The bottom line for me was, I got the just of the information, but approached each situation with commonsense,
creativity, and caution. Don't stop seeking the vision of your dreams. Don't let others who have failed discourage you. Peace!
