Nice Reviews by Students, Feb 17, 2007

| Have attended several of his "free" seminars and a one day paid seminar.
Can you make money on foreclosures? Yes, but it's highly unlikely you'll get rich. It's a little like Quixtar or Amway. Some folks make a LOT of money selling other folks on HOW to get rich. Jeff must be telling his new students to get on here and write reviews. I've noticed a trend. Great reviews about him, but no meat. HOW much do some of you make, if any?
Jeff's material is ok. But, hey, for 3-grand it should be friggin great. Frankly, you can find the same material a lot cheaper in many places.
My experience, and the experience of real estate investors I know in the Midwest is that Kaller is a great salesman who sells folks on the promise of making big money in 90 days. Can you do it? Sure, if you're dammed lucky. Most times, no. You'll make some. Me, I'll hold onto my 3-grand and spend it on something other than one of his vastly overpriced guru courses. |

| I've been to a few of Jeff Kaller's seminars, and of all the seminars I've seen, Jeff's are the best. He is most definitely a genius and I would trust him with anything. |

| I went to a class in South Carolina taught by Jeff. The first couple hours were informative. After that it turned into a 'get rich' seminar. |

Honesty, Professional Compassion, Wisdom, and Value, Aug 11, 2006
|
reviewer: Dr. Donald H. Stettner
from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
|
| This week I attended Jeff Kaller's Boot Camp that nearly 100 others attended in Jacksonville Florida. I met Jeff in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania a few months prior. As a highly successful semi-retired doctor, I was searching for a different type of work just to keep me busy and somewhat challenged now and in particular, during my upcoming full retirement. I spent my entire professional career working with professional people in medicine, psychology, and law and have often worked with real estate professionals. I can tell you with absolute certainty that Jeff truly cares about others. He speaks only factual truths, and is no doubt worthy of the highest title one could bestow on another scholar as a doctor of his respected profession. As a former university adjunct professor, I would have no reservations in conferring a doctoral degree on Jeff for his wisdom and leadership grounded in his willingness to help others become successful.
I am proud to say I was trained by Jeff and his first-rate team of experts and I fully intend to use the many valuable techniques they so capably instructed. My colleagues, in Jeff’s profession and my own profession, have already tested Jeff’s suggested techniques with much promise and reliability for financial success while truly helping out others in need. I highly recommend Jeff and his team of trainers to anyone who truly cares to learn this unique market specialty in wealth building. There are no reasons I can think of to not work alongside Jeff and his team of professionals yet alone not to pay the reasonable seminar training fees for the excellent value in specialized education that far exceeds any costs expended. It is hard to find successful professionals with true compassion and willingness to give back to others what they themselves have developed or refined in a successful model of wealth making. Jeff is willing to do just that, give back, for anyone who believes in him.
Those less favorable reviews of Jeff, for the most part, appear to come from individuals in the same or similar professions seemingly threatened or jealous of Jeff. It is sad to see certain others speaking about Jeff in anything but honest objective and comprehensive reviews. Even in medicine, doctors who received the Noble Prize were, at times, bad mouthed by others, however that bad mouthing never took the Noble Prize from them, rather it only made those who bad mouthed the Noble Prize recipient all that less credible. I would highly encourage each of you to evaluate Jeff’s factual accomplishments coupled with his life-long sincere vision to help others to know why he is teaching his successful techniques to those who could benefit from them the most. All the bad mouthing in the world would never off-set the highest qualities including reverence any man could have as I have absolutely found in Jeff.
With sound ability and outstanding presentation skills, Jeff will provide you with a proven comprehensive effective system of wealth-building that you can actually implement, with no money or credit, the very same day that you complete the training. There are no: catches, tricks, traps, or hidden-agendas to anything that Jeff offers you. I and every other participant, out of about 100 present, firmly believed in Jeff’s teachings and will do exactly as he suggests--in his very humble and certainly helpful ways--toward our true success. If you truly take the time to get to know Jeff, he will stick by you as a top-notch loyal professional caring mentor—again, toward our ultimate success.

Jeff Kaller, Dedicated to the success of his students, Sep 14, 2006

| I am in Jeff Kaller’s Coaching program and have known him and his family for over two years now, so I feel I am qualified to speak up for Jeff from an educated point of view. Being in Jeff Kaller’s program is like being with family, so if I sound biased, you’re right, I am.
I met Jeff in June 2004 in Jacksonville at a “Leave your Job in 90 Days” seminar. I reattended in November of 2004 and then joined the Coaching Program. After a year of coaching, I then signed up for Franchise Coaching. Have I made a million dollars yet? Not hardly, but you know what, it’s not Jeff’s fault that I haven’t. I can only blame myself for what I’ve done so far. I had the same opportunity as fellow coaching students who are now millionaires. I have netted $35,000 on 2 houses. In the same time period that I have made $35,000, I know for a fact that others in the group have made much more. I have become friends with many and I do mean “MANY” people whose lives have been changed forever by doing what Jeff Kaller is teaching. Jeff not only teaches you how to do a short sale and how to automate and systematize your business, he does out-of-the-box things like making life coaches available to you that teach you how to live life to the fullest. Making bunches of money is great, but it’s not all about the money, it is about improving the quality of your life, and how to get your priorities in order and set and obtain goals.
It’s easy to sit on the sidelines and whine and complain about Jeff’s program “costing too much” or “not being worth it” or “not working”, but you know what…you need to look in the mirror because Jeff Kaller is not the problem. Sorry to tell you this, but if you have tried and failed, the problem is you and lack of ACTION. One couple that started when I did made over $600,000 in their second year, and are setting a goal of over one million for this year, and if you were to ask them if they think the money they invested in their education was worth it; what do you think the answer would be? The difference between those successful students making money and those people posting negative, derogatory, hurtful, hateful, and UNTRUE things about Jeff Kaller, is this: the successful ones heard the message and took action. The negative ones folded into FEAR and chose to not participate at all, or they TRIED and failed. Join Jeff Kaller’s program and he will teach you to eliminate the word “TRY” from your vocabulary. You know, “TRY” never accomplished anything. Join Jeff Kaller and become a “DOER”! Who knows, you might just learn to be happy and maybe even get rich along the way. Good luck.

completely dishonest, his bootcamps are one long INFOMERCIAL, Jan 24, 2005
|
reviewer: Jane Doe II
from Florida
|
| I first saw Jeff Kaller in January of 2003 at a one-day with Ron Legrand, called the Art of the Short Sale. This one day was very informative and I learned how to do a short sale then.
About a year later, Jeff Kaller attended my REIA meeting where he offered another one day for $59.00. That $59.00 was to cover his cost of renting the room to sell me on three other seminars... one of which I attended.
The one I attended, "Riverboat Retreat" in Nashville Tennessee was a 5 day INFOMERCIAL. Rather than any training beyond the basics that I learned at the one-day with Ron Legrand, The Art of the Short Sale, all I learned was how I could spend more money to learn the things that I thought I was attending this seminar to learn.
At this seminar, Jeff Kaller promoted a $12,000 coaching program. I spoke with those coaching students who informed me that there was much more to learn that he wouldn't tell people at "something like this." This was not a free seminar, the cost of this event was $5,000. Split between myself and another. I question whether or not for $12,000 I could spend a week being pitched on a $25 or $50 thousand dollar seminar where they promise to teach something, but I figure that that would simply lead to nothing more than a $100,000 INFOMERCIAL.
I was told at the event that we would get recordings of it in about 90 days. In November of 2004, 6 months after the event, I sent ane-mail to Light Bulb, LLC, asking where the recordings were. I got no response. I then sent another e-mail, in which I started out to request the recordings again, but as I wrote the message, I became frustrated at the memory of the event, and informed the reader (whom I later learned was Greg Morris) that although the message started out as a request for the recordings, during the course of my writing I became frustrated with their company's customer service. I told him exactly how I felt about the event... that it was not training but in fact a sell-a-thon, and that I felt a refund was in order.
Greg Morris contacted me by phone, and asked me what they could do to make it better. He then offered to comp me to the Masters of the Short Sale Seminar in 2005, but then told me he had to check with Jeff Kaller first. I told him that that might be acceptable. He said that he would get back to me... after several weeks, he did not. I sent him an e-mail asking him what the status was, and he responded that he had not been able to talk to Jeff Kaller because Jeff was on a plane ( for three weeks?).
So I waited. No response. I sent another e-mail in which I expressed even more dissapointment. Greg Morris replied to this e-mail that Jeff was very busy with his travel schedule ( I guess it's time consuming to promote INFOMERCIALS) and that the reason i did not get the recordings was because the account was under the name of the person I went with, even though my credit card was in the account, and that that was why they didn't allow partners. The person I went with was my step-mother. (This is another way that these guru's try to nickel and dime people. They claim that admission is for two people, but then they limit those two people to family or spouses.)
I sent another e-mail explaining that they had no problem taking my credit card, and that i was told that we would both get recordings of the event. No response again
Finally, I sent another message via e-mail on January 21, 2005. I stated that I felt that their company had no interest whatsoever in satisfying it's customers and that I had now made it my mission to tell everyone I know never to purchase a Jeff Kaller product.
Well, that got a response from Greg Morris. He explained that his laptop had been stolen and that that was were my e-mail and contact information were. He then proceeded to tell me that they could not refund my money for the Riverboat Retreat because I had waited to long to say anything. No mention of the CD's or the Masters of the Short Sale seminar he offered subject to Kaller's approval. He then proceeded to question whether I mentioned to slander his company and asked me to think twice before doing so. At the end of the message, he had written
cc Patrick Moran ESQ.
I responded to this message by telling him that they slander their own company when charging people to sit in on a sales pitch... and that he could cc his attorney all he wished, as I would be cc'ing all of our correspondence to my credit card company and to everyone I knew.
After I sent the messsage, I checked in with the person I went to Riverboat Retreat with, and confirmed that she had never recieved the CD's either. She informed me that she had made numerous calls to Light Bulb LLC and was given nothing but run-around. She actually went into the coaching program, and told me that Jeff Kaller and the coaches had had a falling out, and that at the Riverboat Retreat, (where Jeff Kaller promised that anyone in the coaching program coudl go to a December event in Orlando free, which I remember him saying) he made those promises. Then he backed out. She says he did not keep any of the promises he made at Riverboat Retreat. We now wonder if that is the reason we did not get the recordings.
Due to Greg Morris implied threat of accusing me of slander by writing cc Patrick Moran ESQ at the bottom of his last message, I choose to named Jane Doe II. |

Great Information, Aug 15, 2005

| Jeff gave me some great new ideas to use during the short sale process. And like all paid-for information, it does no good if the ideas are not implemented. IT TAKES ACTION TO WORK THE PROGRAM.
If the whiners actually implemented his ideas, they'd be amazed at the results. But it is less scary to whine than to work, so the whining continues...
I just saved $86K on a $260K house using some of his techniques. |

His system works, Jan 16, 2006

| I am not a huge fan of Jeff Kaller. But, I have taken his seminars, used his methods, and have made a lot of money doing it. I am NOT associated with him or his organization. I do NOT get paid to say this.
I took a 1-day seminar in 2003, bought his materials, and started using his methods. I have bought 3 or 4 houses in foreclosure Kaller's way. Buy - fix - sell. My profit was a low of $22,000 and a high of $57,000.
I attended a 4-day seminar in St. Augustine in Dec., 2005, and plan on learning more. I think he's on the level, sincere, smart and there's nothing wrong with paying someone for good information. So far, I have made over $100,000 on these 3 - 4 deals and plan on making more. Thank you.
I'm a full-time investor, retired attorney-at- law, been full-time in R/E for about 9 years. Kaller's the real deal. |

| Jeff Kaller's program changed my life. I initially bought the home study course and then couldn't wait to attend the seminar. The only way to explain how much I've learned from Jeff and his team is to brag about the $98,000 check I received from ONE DEAL!!!!!! I now have my own business & am raking in the dough! Jeff is definitley worth the investment. |
