| I went to a class in South Carolina taught by Jeff. The first couple hours were informative. After that it turned into a 'get rich' seminar. |

| Well comments from non students wouldn't really be very valuable to anyone. If you haven't been to a seminar of Jeff's, giving a review wouldn't be very helpful at all. I don't think someone who goes to a FREE seminar or even a one day seminar can grasp this preforeclosure concept.
I believe my review is a much stronger statement for this course since I myself have been unemployed for 3 years because of Jeff's course and my husband has been unemployed for 5 years, the ONLY course we follow is Jeff's the ONLY real estate investing we do is what we were taught to do by Jeff. Did we learn this in a one day seminar NO!! It is not a get rich quick in one day kinda course. We have attended the 5 day seminar and started doing deals right away. We have since attended the 5 day seminar every years to stay sharp. We did participate in the coaching program too. This was really what kick started us into $$$. We average 15-30K per deal in a slow selling market,(Colorado) we have made as much as 95K in one deal, just last Dec. We have 15 houses we are working right now and we have no money invested to get these houses. If you Close just a couple a month, you would make more than most people make at their JOBS in a year.
As far as the course and how it is written...Jeff is the one who wrote the course he is the one who did the work to find this niche, is he a teacher or a real estate investor who dicovered a niche and a great way to make money with out any risk? If you would like the perfectly written course you can find plenty of those written by people who have NEVER done what they are teaching but...they are great teachers. Which do you prefer??? I had no problem understanding the course and the cd's were extremely helpful!!
Jeff is very honest and trustworthy he has always delivered on what he promised. |

1st Deal After Boot Camp, Nov 08, 2007

| Thought I would write and tell you of my first deal since Jeff's Boot Camp
It was my first short-sale deal. Here are the numbers: first mortgage - $198,000.00, discounted to $124,000.00; second mortgage - $78,000.00, discounted to $7,800.00.
I found a buyer and sold it to them for $240,000.00. My net profit was $95,162.00.I had a tough time with this one, but using the mitigators really helped me get the answers I needed. This REALLY DOES WORK!

One Of The Best, Sep 28, 2007

| With earnest money and escrowed funds, we grossed over $97,000 and netted about $94,000 after repairs on this one Deal.I was just about starved out of the Business when I met Jeff in Dallas at a Pretty House Bootcamp. I was and still am a dedicated LeGrand student, but I was doing too many lease-options and in desperate need of cash. Since receiving his System March of this year, my partner and I have closed many Deals for cash, and are still in the Business because of using Jeff's pre-foreclosure System. I have been raising two teenagers alone since my wife passed away – I can’t tell you how grateful I am for having discovered Jeff and his fantastic system. |

Great Course, Great Teacher, Sep 26, 2007

| I just closed my first pre-foreclosure deal two months after buying his course. This was a vacant house with little equity. I got a 115K short pay off of a total of 150K owed. I sold it in two days for 150K and paid all the buyers closing costs. Cash to me at closing was over 19K. I'm paying 1K to the original owner. My total out of pocket was less than $300. Jeff's course gave me just what I needed to feel confident to do this transaction. Now I know this is not theory but reality. |

Jeff Kaller - Is this guy for real????, Apr 26, 2007

| Jeff Kaller - Is this guy for REAL? The answer is "Most Definitely!!" Jeff Kaller is a great speaker who continues to work in the field versus other speakers who tell you how much money you can make and how rich you are going to become with effortless work on your part. Hey, wake-up people! Take the knowledge and APPLY IT!!! If people think they can just go to a boot-camp for a weekend & then believe the $$$$'s fall into their laps without putting forth their own expertise and learned knowledge, save your money & change your profession. Otherwise, I personally think Jeff Kaller is a wonderful "stepping stone" to learning the industry. Good luck! |

Nice Reviews by Students, Feb 17, 2007

| Have attended several of his "free" seminars and a one day paid seminar.
Can you make money on foreclosures? Yes, but it's highly unlikely you'll get rich. It's a little like Quixtar or Amway. Some folks make a LOT of money selling other folks on HOW to get rich. Jeff must be telling his new students to get on here and write reviews. I've noticed a trend. Great reviews about him, but no meat. HOW much do some of you make, if any?
Jeff's material is ok. But, hey, for 3-grand it should be friggin great. Frankly, you can find the same material a lot cheaper in many places.
My experience, and the experience of real estate investors I know in the Midwest is that Kaller is a great salesman who sells folks on the promise of making big money in 90 days. Can you do it? Sure, if you're dammed lucky. Most times, no. You'll make some. Me, I'll hold onto my 3-grand and spend it on something other than one of his vastly overpriced guru courses. |

| I've studied short sales for about 3 years. I went to the one day seminar. I found Jeff articulate and the material he covered very accurate. I even learned a few new things. One of the people he spoke about who previously took his training belongs to my REIA group and I know he is doing very well. In fact, there are quite a few members who have purchased his training materials and attended his boot camps. Everyone I know speaks very highly of him and the training. Courses only work if you apply the material in the real world and I believe that is where many fail. The paperwork is 75% of the deal and I know Jeff has some of the best in the business. I can't wait for the bootcamp! |

How Jeff Kaller Has Changed My Life, Sep 19, 2006
|
reviewer: John Keene
from New Britain, Connecticut
|
| I consider myself a good judge of character and God knows there are a lot of characters in Real Estate. I first met Jeff Kaller in Tampa in October 2005. Here was a guy who struck me as genuine. He came off as my kind of person, one who could be trusted. He could sell too and that is an enviable attribute to have. I started with Home Study Boot Camp package of manuals and CDs and signed up for his Business Mastery Event in December. I studied the material, listened to the CDs whenever in the car, and had a clue at the event. I bought from Jeff again and again until I had reached the level of education and access to expertise I needed to attain my goals. Now you don’t have to be involved in any area of Real Estate more than about 2 days before you know that up-selling is going to happen with virtually every gadget, software, or seminar you buy. On the CDs I had listened to it was all right there so I knew it was coming at the event, it was not edited out, and I ran to upgrade to the next level, his coaching program. This has been life changing for me. Here is where the magic of Jeff and his program is so great. There are many people who can provide a good education about Short Sales but Jeff is providing us the training, business model, and thought processes required to run the business from a strategic perspective. The principals being taught apply to virtually any entrepreneurial endeavor. I have learned to think differently, reach beyond my previously self-limiting dreams, and position my operation with systems and automation so as it grows it will never be dependant on any one person. I see far too many small businesses fail or make the owner a slave to technical aspects of work instead of providing the time and freedom to earn a great living and spend more time doing the things you love. Short sales will not be my life, living and enjoying life will. Even though I started as just myself I now have the processes and automation in place and documented to basically just turn it over to staff to accomplish. I spend my time on strategically creative and personally rewarding activities that will take me places I have not even dreamed of yet. I have become interested in HUD, Section 8 housing and someone said the other day that being a landlord stinks. They didn’t get it. I will be the owner but I will have systematized all operational aspects so I don’t have to deal with what I don’t want to. I will just take the cash flow and equity growth. I have Jeff Kaller to thank for his vision and systems for running a successful business. Jeff Kaller is honest, complete in integrity, and empathetic. I would never have gotten to where I am without Jeff. If he ever sees this, thank you Jeff. |
